SAP WM/EWM Functional Consultant

SAP WM Functional Expertise: Strong hands on SAP Warehouse Management functional consulting experience supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, storage, and material movement. Experience translating business requirements into SAP WM solutions through configuration, testing, process improvement, and implementation support. This is not primarily a custom development or programming role.

Full Lifecycle Implementation Experience: Proven experience delivering at least 2 to 3 end to end SAP WM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user support, go live, and postproduction stabilization. Depth and consistency of implementation experience are more important than total project count.

Business Process & Solution Design: Experience partnering with business stakeholders to evaluate warehouse processes, document requirements, recommend SAP WM solutions, and ensure configurations align with business objectives.

Testing, Troubleshooting & Support: Experience with system testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production support. Candidates should be comfortable identifying process gaps, troubleshooting functional issues, coordinating resolutions, and supporting stable warehouse operations.

Knowledge Transfer & Mentorship: Experience guiding internal resources, transferring SAP WM knowledge, supporting user adoption, or serving as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams is highly valued.
