DocuSign Implementation Consultant

• Lead customer engagements from requirements gathering through solution implementation.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize DocuSign workflows and business processes.
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Configure and implement DocuSign solutions aligned with business and operational needs.
• Support DocuSign integrations with existing enterprise applications.
• Migrate DocuSign solutions from Sandbox to Production, including testing, validation, and deployment.
• Develop business process documentation, workflow specifications, and end-user training materials.
• Provide post-implementation support and help drive user adoption.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and modernize existing digital business processes.

Overview: Seeking a DocuSign Implementation Consultant to independently support enterprise departments in designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing DocuSign solutions. The consultant will work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into effective digital workflows, manage implementations, and support adoption. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis, customer engagement, DocuSign configuration, documentation, and project management skills with the ability to work independently across multiple initiatives., * Strong experience in business analysis and customer/stakeholder engagement.

• Hands-on experience with DocuSign implementation and configuration.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical workflows.
• Experience managing projects independently from discovery through implementation.
• Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience developing user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DocuSign integrations and APIs.
• Experience migrating DocuSign solutions between Sandbox and Production environments.
• Experience with testing, validation, deployment, and troubleshooting of DocuSign solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and digital workflow automation.
• Experience supporting healthcare or other complex enterprise environments is a plus.
