Digital Transformation Analyst

This is an entry-level role within a digital transformation team, ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to modern technology, data and AI.

You’ll support the delivery and adoption of digital solutions across the business and be encouraged to use AI tools to work smarter and faster from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Support delivery of smaller digital and transformation initiatives end to end.
• Work hands-on with reporting tools, automation platforms and AI tools.
• Help build guides, templates and materials that support adoption across teams.
• Support rollout of new tools and collect feedback from users.
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of work in progress.
• Be an early user of new digital and AI solutions as they are developed.

What You’ll Bring

• 1-2 years’ experience in a digital, technology or product environment, or a strong graduate profile.
• Clear interest in digital transformation, data and AI.
• Confidence using AI tools to research, draft and solve problems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
