Autoline Support Analyst (Part-Time, Hybrid)
Our client is looking for an experienced Autoline Support Analyst to play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Autoline Dealer Management System (DMS) used across the business.
This is a part-time, hybrid position, offering the flexibility of remote working for most of the week, with occasional on-site collaboration at Coventry when required.
The Role
As an Autoline Support Analyst, you’ll act as a vital link between IT, business users and third-party suppliers. You’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Autoline system, maintain high data quality and support system users while contributing to wider projects and system improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing user access and security requests within Autoline, including new starters, changes and leavers
- Providing second-line technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Working closely with external suppliers to escalade and track system issues through to completion
- Maintaining accurate records within internal and supplier ticketing systems
- Carrying out key data maintenance activities to support system accuracy and business operations
- Supporting period-end processes across financial modules
- Contributing to project work by sharing system expertise, coordinating communications and supporting delivery milestones
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in IT support or application support
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with data and maintaining system integrity
- Hands-on experience supporting the Autoline Dealer Management System
- Background in automotive retail, dealership or related environments
- IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA or Microsoft

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems
Working Pattern & Location
- Part-time: 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday), contract
- Hybrid: Predominantly remote, with occasional on-site visits for meetings or collaboration
- Location: Coventry (UK)
