Job description
The CSS - End User Support role involves providing comprehensive support to end users, primarily focusing on business analysis within applications built on Salesforce. The position requires collaboration with development teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and requirements gathering, supporting ongoing projects in a government environment. Responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with development teams, including architects and specialists, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Participate in QA and testing activities to validate application functionality.
- Support end users by addressing issues and providing technical assistance related to Salesforce applications.
- Engage in virtual and in-person interviews and meetings as part of project collaboration.
- Adhere to on-site work requirements and collaborate within a hybrid work schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working with Salesforce-based applications.
- QA and testing experience.
- Associate’s Degree or higher.
- Candidate must be located within 90 miles of Lansing, Michigan.
- Valid Right to Represent documentation.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with State or Federal government projects.
- Familiarity with business analysis in a governmental or regulated environment.

Special Considerations:
- On-site presence required every Tuesday and Wednesday (non-negotiable).
- Candidate must be prepared for virtual interviews with video, screen sharing, and photo validation.

- Only one level of sub-vendor use allowed.
Scheduling:
- Hybrid work schedule with mandatory on-site days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- 40 hours per week.
- Contract duration is approximately one year, with potential for extension based on business needs.
