Job description

  • Identify and source spare parts for a wide range
  • First point of contact for parts telephone and email customer enquiries
  • Interpreting technical drawings
  • Preparing and issuing parts quotations
  • Liasing with suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Provide technical guidance to customers
  • Assist with maintaining the web shop, We’re an independent recruitment specialist based in Bedfordshire, supporting businesses across Bedford, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas. We recruit for permanent, temporary, and contract roles across multiple sectors.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing parts, technical sales or technical support role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
