Job description

  • Design and maintain Grafana dashboards for Boomi integrations.
  • Monitor integration health, transaction volumes, latency, failures, and service availability.
  • Configure alerts, analyze performance trends, and support root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve platform monitoring.

Requirements

  • Grafana dashboard development and administration.
  • Boomi Integration Platform experience.
  • Monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
  • SQL, REST APIs, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Prometheus, Loki, Splunk, or Elasticsearch experience is a plus.
