Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equal expertise
- Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies
- Proven expertise as a Scrum Master in a globally distributed environment
- 4+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile Release Train
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Ability to leverage AI LLM tools to create efficiencies in the processes, continuous improvement, ways of working, backlog hygiene, forecasting and planning.

On-video collaboration is required for this role.
- SAFe 6.0 SSM certification (active)
