Requirements

This role requires hands-on TIBCO BW experience to understand the existing production applications hosted on TIBCO BW. Review the current implementation in lower environments and participate in brainstorming sessions for modernization efforts to rewrite this into Java Spring boot and MuleSoft. Within TIBCO BW the level of complexity is just being able to: Configure and troubleshoot TIBCO Business Works process flows and adapters Understand messaging patterns using TIBCO EMS (queues, topics, durable subscribers)Understand data mapping and transformations between source/target schemas. Have some basic scripting knowledge to troubleshoot TIBCO Spotfire expressions or BW process logic and build from prior analysis. Validating data output across integrated systems and message flows. Understand how to debug/troubleshoot TIBCO processes until desired outputs are reached

Industry experience needed: Looking for strong TIBCO BW hands on experience
Education needed for the role: Minimum Bachelors degree
