Job description
We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Network and Desktop Support Technician to join our IT support team. In this role, you will provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for end-user devices and network infrastructure. You will also resolve escalated issues from Level 1 support, ensure endpoint stability, and maintain network connectivity for smooth business operations., Network & Infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues including connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Configure and support network hardware (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
- Monitor network performance and escalate major incidents when needed.
- Support remote connectivity and ensure secure access via VPN or remote tools.
Desktop & End-User Support
- Provide Level 2 support for Windows and macOS systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Set up new workstations and manage imaging, software deployment, and updates.
- Support users via remote tools or on-site assistance.
User Account Management
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and Office 365.
- Assist with password resets, MFA setup, and basic access troubleshooting.
System Maintenance & Security
- Perform routine patching of endpoints and assist in antivirus and endpoint protection deployment.
- Support compliance with internal IT security standards and best practices
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS administration?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 2-5 years of experience in a desktop/network support role - Mandatory
- Excellent organizational skills, troubleshooting, and communication.
- Associate’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Proficient in Windows and macOS environments.
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration., * High school or equivalent (Required)

- Desktop support: 2 years (Preferred)
