Oracle Payroll SME
An Oracle Payroll SME is required by Whitehall Resources for a client based in London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working environment, with 3 days a week expected on-site.
The successful candidate will take ownership of Oracle Payroll functionality across a large and complex organisation, supporting enhancements, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. They will be instrumental in shaping payroll processes and delivering technology-driven outcomes within a modern HR systems environment.
Do you have?
- Strong hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll
- A deep understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory compliance
- Experience in delivering functional enhancements and managing change processes
- The ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Experience working with Fast Formulas, Payroll Elements, Balance Definitions, etc.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative working style
