Job description
This is a hybrid role that combines front desk, customer service, inside sales, and graphic design. You’ll greet and support customers, create basic graphics for screen printing and embroidery, help build online e-stores from templates, and assist with general office tasks to keep orders moving smoothly.
Responsibilities

Greet walk-in customers and answer incoming phone calls

Provide basic information about our services and products

Create and update quotes, gather order details, and keep records accurate

Design graphics and simple layouts for screen printing and embroidery

Prepare basic mockups for customer review and approval

Build and update online e-stores using existing templates

Collect deposits and final payments; issue receipts and confirm order readiness

Help move orders along by following up on missing information, approvals, and payments

Support light outreach to local businesses (dropping off cards, checking in)

Assist with light office duties such as paperwork, filing, and basic purchasing or order tracking
Requirements
Do you have experience in Inside sales?, * Strong people skills; comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone

Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple jobs, art files, and deadlines

General graphic design experience (any industry); portfolio or samples are a plus

Familiarity with common design software such as Illustrator and Photoshop

A keen eye for detail and aesthetics

Basic computer skills (email, simple data entry; any shop/POS software experience is a plus)

Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with the team

Ability to work methodically, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Degree in Design is preferred but not required, * A brief note about why this role is a good fit for you, including your customer service and design experience
