Job description
We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer & Content Manager who understands how to turn suds, steel, and service into compelling visuals. You’ll support branding, marketing, training, and sales initiatives across the car wash industry, helping operators, distributors, and teams communicate clearly and look sharp while doing it.
This role blends creativity with practical, real-world application. You’ll design everything from social graphics to site signage to training materials that keep teams aligned and customers engaged. You will also help manage website content and social media.
What You’ll Do
- Create branded marketing assets including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, and digital ads for car wash operators and distributor partners.
- Design operational and training materials such as SOPs, checklists, infographics, and team-facing documents.
- Develop visual concepts for monthly training themes, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Create content for the website, ads, and social media content
- Produce signage and on-site visuals (menu boards, banners, decals, point-of-sale materials).
- Support brand consistency across multiple car wash brands and client identities.
- Collaborate with sales, training, and operations teams to translate technical information into clean, easy-to-understand visuals.
- Manage multiple small projects with quick turnarounds and shifting priorities.
- Maintain organized design files and version control for ongoing updates.
Requirements
Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern design work (bonus if you’ve worked with service, retail, or industrial brands).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Ability to design for both digital and print formats.
- Comfort working with brand guidelines and creating new visual systems when needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction from non-designers.
- A knack for simplifying complex ideas into clear, visual storytelling.
- Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
- Bonus: Experience with Canva, WordPress, Lightroom, video editing, or basic motion graphics.
