Job description
Salesforce Administrator - Newcastle Hybrid - up to £50,000
TechOhana have partnered with an established technology business to bring on a Salesforce Administrator.
The organisation operates a heavily customised, multi-cloud Salesforce environment and is looking to strengthen its small technical team as it continues to invest in the platform.
Reporting into the Application Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day administration across a complex org: custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and flows. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and third parties on integrations and configuration, support adoption of Sales and Service Cloud best practice, help maintain Marketing Cloud Engagement, and deliver user training, reporting and dashboards.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator within a heavily customised environment
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Flow and Workflow Rules
- Salesforce Administrator certification, as a minimum
- Demonstrable multi-cloud experience across Sales, Service, Marketing or Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce and SOQL, to support investigations and change impact
- Experience managing AppExchange solutions (such as Conga) and third-party integrations
- Experience migrating legacy code-based customisations to standard or declarative functionality
- £40,000 to £50,000, depending on experience
- Hybrid working, with a minimum of 3 days per week in their Newcastle upon Tyne office
You don’t need to meet every point above. If your core experience and approach fit, or you know someone who would be a strong match, we’d welcome a conversation. Interviews are being scheduled promptly.
