Job description

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

Industry: Music / Entertainment

We’re partnering with an established and fast-evolving music industry business that sits at the intersection of creativity, data, and technology. They’re looking to hire a Salesforce Developer to join their in-house technology team and play a key role in shaping how Salesforce supports commercial, operational, and artist-facing teams.

This is a great opportunity to work on meaningful products in a creative environment, with real ownership and influence over the Salesforce platform.

The Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll work as part of a cross-functional Agile team alongside Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers. You’ll be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that improve automation, data quality, and user experience across the business.

You’ll have the chance to contribute to both day-to-day development and longer-term platform improvements as the organisation continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
  • Build and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Apex callouts
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Improve platform performance, maintainability, and user experience through continuous enhancement
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies
  • Support best practices around source control, testing, and deployment

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Experience delivering Salesforce integrations with third-party systems
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery
  • Experience with Git and modern Salesforce development practices (SFDX / SF CLI desirable)
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I) are a plus, but not essential

If this opportunity sounds exciting to you or anyone you know don’t hesitate to get in touch by either applying or through my email below and be quick as interviews are currently in the process!
