You’ll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary technology teams to design secure architectures, identify cyber risks and advise on appropriate security controls and mitigation strategies.

We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of cyber security, risk management and security architecture, who is comfortable working in a client-facing environment and advising stakeholders on complex security challenges.

Candidates should have experience of:

  • Designing or reviewing security architectures and solution designs
  • Cyber security principles and risk management
  • IAM / IDAM, PAM and SSO
  • Network security, encryption and/or cloud security
  • Threat modelling and identifying architectural vulnerabilities
  • Developing security controls and risk mitigation strategies
  • Working with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR or PCI-DSS
  • Communicating security risks to technical and senior stakeholders
  • Working across complex IT infrastructure and transformation programmes

Desirable experience:

  • Hands-on Cloud and/or Network Security
  • Security Architecture or Cyber Security Consulting
  • CISSP, SABSA or similar certification
  • Current SC or DV Security Clearance

Security Clearance Requirements:

Candidates must hold full British Citizenship and be eligible for BPSS and SC Security Clearance, requiring 5 years’ continuous UK address history at the point of application.

Benefits & conditions

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
  • 30 days annual leave
  • Private medical insurance
  • 3 additional volunteering days per year
  • Extensive training and professional development
  • Exposure to major UK Defence and Public Sector programmes
  • Flexible UK location with client travel

If you’re looking to develop your career within Cyber Security Consulting, working across security architecture, cyber risk and some of the UK’s most complex technology programmes, this is an excellent opportunity to join a global consultancy with significant opportunities for progression.
