Job description

  • Support the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions within enterprise and federal technology environments.
  • Contribute to modernization initiatives involving AI, automation, cloud engineering, and digital transformation.
  • Help integrate AI technologies into enterprise systems, workflows, and operational platforms.
  • Build and support secure, scalable software and infrastructure solutions using modern engineering practices.
  • Participate in Agile and DevSecOps delivery environments focused on security, performance, and operational reliability.
  • Support data engineering, automation, API integrations, and AI-driven workflows across enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate across engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and program teams to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Assist in evaluating emerging AI technologies and modernization approaches for mission and operational use cases.
  • Help improve system interoperability, data integrity, and modernization efforts across cloud and legacy environments.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * U.S. citizenship required. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or equivalent federal background investigation and PIV credential.

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, cloud engineering, AI, data engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Experience leading technical workstreams, mentoring team members, or coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, cybersecurity, data, and program stakeholders.
  • Strong executive-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience contributing to large-scale digital transformation, modernization, or enterprise systems integration initiatives.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: AI or machine learning tools, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Automation and APIs, DevSecOps or CI/CD workflows, Data platforms or enterprise integrations
  • Familiarity with Agile development environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in evolving technical environments., * Experience supporting federal government, regulated industries, or highly secure enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles, or secure AI deployment practices.
  • Exposure to machine learning engineering, AI integration workflows, or enterprise AI modernization initiatives.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and applied AI engineering.
