Job description

C++ SOFTWARE ENGINEER - BRISTOL - 12 MONTHS+

My client, based in Bristol, are currently searching for an experienced contract C++ Software Engineer to work on development of their toolchain to be used in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities:

Design and programming of new features
Debugging and optimization of code
Daily stand-ups to track progress and ensure timeframes are met
Independent working and problem solving

Experience:

Strong knowledge of C++
Experience working on Linux OS
Good knowledge of Python for unit-testing
Any experience with embedded systems or firmware is a bonus
Ideally some experience working on compilers/LLVM
Must be able to work 2 days per week on-site in Bristol

Duration: 12 MONTHS+

Location: BRISTOL

Requirements

Strong knowledge of C++
