The Opportunity
As Head of Audit you will:
- Define and deliver the audit strategy for applications and large-scale change and transformation programmes.
- Lead a team of experienced auditors, ensuring high-quality audit delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide assurance over business-critical systems and projects, identifying risks and recommending improvements.
- Partner with senior technology and business leaders across EMEA, influencing change and strengthening the control environment.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technology and regulatory risks, embedding innovation and data-driven approaches into audit.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in IT audit, technology risk, or change audit within financial services.
- Strong understanding of application controls, SDLC, and project governance.
- Proven ability to lead teams, set strategy, and deliver complex audit portfolios.
- Excellent communication skills, with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders.
- Professional qualifications such as CISA, CRISC, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
