Job description

Altus Group is seeking a Product Engineering Manager to lead and support talented engineering teams in building AWS-native platforms. This role requires a strong background in software engineering and technical leadership, with a focus on creating a high-trust environment for continuous improvement. You will help shape technical direction and ensure the quality of engineering practices.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, as well as hands-on experience with AI tools.
