Agile Data Delivery Manager - EDP, MDM & Data Governance - Hybrid - £650 Inside IR35

My client are seeking an Agile Data Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of an Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) overhaul, with a heavy operational focus on Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance framework integration.

You will lead cross-functional engineering pods (Data Engineers, Data Architects, BA/UR teams) through Agile sprints while partnering with key vendors, systems integrators, and senior stakeholders to ensure robust data quality, lineage, and master data standards across enterprise platforms., * Delivery Leadership: Drive end-to-end Agile delivery across data workstreams, running daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.

• MDM & Governance Integration: Lead the deployment and embedding of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, data quality controls, cataloging, and metadata governance standards across modern cloud platforms.
• Engineering Alignment: Partner closely with data engineering teams to embed governance rules, schemas, and CI/CD quality gates directly into cloud data pipelines (Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake).
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage third-party technology suppliers, offshore teams, and Statements of Work (SoWs) to ensure delivery milestones and SLAs are achieved.
• Governance & Compliance: Coordinate with InfoSec, Risk, and Compliance functions to embed robust regulatory standards, data security, and lineage tracking across platform assets.

• Proven Delivery Management: Demonstrable track record acting as a Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Manager leading enterprise data, cloud, or digital transformation programs.
• MDM & Data Governance Expertise: Hands-on experience delivering Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, Data Quality scorecards, and enterprise Data Governance operating models.
• Modern Cloud Stack Exposure: Working familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric environments, along with tools like Collibra, Ataccama, or Azure Purview.
• Supplier Oversight: Proven ability to manage third-party software vendors, offshore/onshore engineering teams, and deliver within strict budget and timeline parameters.
• Agile Certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM/CSM), AgilePM, or PRINCE2 Agile preferred.

This role requires 1 day a week working onsite at the client office in Worthing, 1 day a week in Lodnon and possible early starts (offset with early finishes) for international markets.
