Job description

We are working with a an iconic London multi-venue entertainment group who are looking to bring in a HR Systems whizz to join their People team. This creative and fast-paced business of c500 employees has had a significant overhaul of its People system recently moving onto UKG. There’s now a real opportunity for an experinced and proqctive HRIS specialist to come in, audit how the system has been set up, help untangle any teething issues, make efficiencies and ensure they are getting the very most out of the new system

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of UKG, becoming the go-to person for configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting and reporting. You’ll work closely with wider People, Payroll, Operations and venue teams to iron issues, some will be quick wins, and some longer-term projects. They would love someone to work proactively, spotting gaps, reducing duplicate data entry, tidying up over-complicated security and permission setups, improving self-service, and making sure the system reflects how the business actually works.

As the owner of all things HR Tech and data, a big focus will be getting under the hood of the system, audits, dashboards, integration’s, automation etc .But equally, as well as more tech focused aspects you’ll be working closely with the team and key stakeholders in the business, bringing to life how the system can have the most impact and increasing clarity and confidence in the system use

Requirements

  • You’ll have hands-on experience administering a People System, with UKG experience a huge bonus
  • Will understand HR processes and the employee lifecycle inside out and will have worked closely with payroll teams and payroll data
  • Will have a solid understanding of GDPR and UK data protection requirements
  • You’ll be highly analytical, detail orientated and have a natural affinity with tech and process improvement
  • You’ll have a flexible, collaborative approach ad communicate well at all levels, being able to influence and manage upwards where needed
