Job description
As a People Systems Analyst, you’ll take ownership of the firm’s HR technology, primarily focusing on SAP SuccessFactors, to ensure it continues to meet the evolving needs of the business. This is a varied and impactful role that blends technical expertise, analytical insight, and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll support and drive continuous improvement across the people systems landscape, acting as a key contact for system issues, upgrades, reporting, and user training., * Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Drive improvements in workflows, configuration changes, upgrades, and testing in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the People team to identify system enhancements and implement changes.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to enable data-driven HR decision-making.
- Provide systems support for annual HR projects such as Gender Pay Gap reporting, performance reviews, and regrading processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Assist in the rollout of new HR technologies and digital initiatives.
- Deliver training to HR team members, line managers, and self-service users on system functionality and best practices.
- Maintain and develop content on the firm’s global intranet related to HR systems.
- Liaise with external suppliers and manage support cases as required.
Requirements
Are you an experienced HR systems professional with a passion for process improvement and data-driven decision-making? This international law firm, based in sleek offices close to Liverpool Street, is looking for a People Systems Analyst to join their collaborative and forward-thinking HR team., * Previous experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS).
- A keen eye for process improvement and strong problem-solving skills.
- Confident producing reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with technical partners and vendors.
- Experience in a professional services or legal environment is a plus, but not essential.
