Job description

We are a dynamic team of AI & data specialists in the Corporate & Investment Banking area of RBI, and we are looking for an ambitious AI Engineer who prioritizes impact and business outcomes by developing AI solutions deeply integrated into the core of CIB operations.

Your role at RBI:

Collaborate closely with business units to redesign and transform core processes within the CIB area, leveraging modern AI frameworks and AI Agents with a clear end-to-end process perspective.
Develop and implement enterprise-grade AI software products, such as API solutions, following a strict governance framework with a focus on scalability, low-latency performance and business usability.
Work closely with CIB specialists to understand business processes, data and daily challenges, unlocking the full potential of AI-driven innovation.
Shape innovative agentic AI banking solutions and co-create the operational governance framework of AI solutions.

Requirements

Several years of experience in software development or AI/ML engineering, with a product engineering mindset.
Strong software development and DevOps foundation with programming expertise in Python, Spark or Scala.
Experience with Databricks, Azure or AWS; hands-on management of CI/CD pipelines and testing.
Knowledge of software security concepts such as penetration testing and OWASP principles.
Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or Autogen, LLMs and Agents, plus familiarity with MLOps and DataOps best practices.
Highly motivated, proactive and analytical, with effective communication skills.

At this year’s Agile Engineering Days, Raiffeisen Bank International AG’s internal engineering conference, two guest speakers inspired the bank’s engineering community with hot topics from the #DevOps universe. Loyalty Evolution Hackathon

Elevator Lab and Blockchain Hub, together with colleagues from Customer Engagement Platforms & Products team in Raiffeisen Bank International AG, organized a Loyalty Hackathon from 24th until 26th of March.
