Job description

  • Moderation und Begleitung agiler Teams in der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
  • Förderung von agilem Denken und Handeln innerhalb der Organisation
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung agiler Methoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Coaching von Product Ownern, Entwicklungsteams und Stakeholdern
  • Identifikation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen im Entwicklungsprozess
  • Organisation und Moderation von Scrum-Events (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Scrum Mastern und Agile Coaches zur Skalierung agiler Praktiken ** Ihr Profil

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich IT, Wirtschaft oder Kommunikation
  • Alternativ: Erfahrung als Scrum Master oder in vergleichbarer Rolle in agilen IT-Projekten
  • Zertifizierungen sind gern gesehen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie technisches Englisch ** Wir bieten
