Job description

  • Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenbedarfen sowie Ableitung strategischer Anforderungen
  • Strukturierte Aufnahme, Priorisierung und Dokumentation von Anforderungen an IT-Lösungen
  • Erstellung von Konzepten, Leistungsbeschreibungen und Planungsunterlagen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Entwicklung, Betrieb und Architektur
  • Steuerung von Dienstleistern, internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
  • Unterstützung bei der Lösungsentwicklung, Testkoordination und Betriebsüberführung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von IT-Projekten im öffentlichen oder industriellen Umfeld

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ: Berufserfahrung als Product Owner, Projektleiter oder Anforderungsmanager
  • Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Methoden (z. B. SCRUM, SAFe, IREB, PMI/IPMA)
