  • Full-timeEmployment type: Full-time
  • €43,000 - €56,500 (XING estimate)
  • Hybrid, * Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen im Bereich Arbeitsplatz, Netzwerk und Telekommunikation
  • Unterstützung bei der Wartung und Pflege von Hardware und Software am Kundenarbeitsplatz
  • Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Einsätzen im Rahmen von Installationen, Umzügen, Erweiterungen und Sonderprojekten
  • Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung aller Vorgänge im Ticketsystem
  • Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Betriebseinheiten und Projektteams zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs
  • Mitwirkung bei Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen und Prüfungen (z. B. DGUV V3)

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ: Erfahrung im IT-Support oder technischem Beruf
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen, Netzwerken, Hardware und Telekommunikation
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie technisches Englisch Wir bieten
