Requirements

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot, along with frontend development experience using React. This role will have a strong backend focus, with approximately 70% backend and 30% frontend development. Must-Have Skills

  • 3 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Strong programming experience with Java.
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with React.
  • Strong experience working with relational databases / SQL.
  • Ability to develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Good understanding of frontend development and integration with backend services.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Gen AI / Agentic AI.
  • Integration testing experience.
  • Experience with modern microservices-based application development.
