Job description

  • Support the execution of the IT transformation journey to improve efficiency and agility across Group IT
  • Assist with the setup, coordination, and reporting of high-priority initiatives as PMO
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements
  • Support the planning and delivery of Group IT events such as Quarterly Planning and Preparathon
  • Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder exchanges
  • Help introduce new tools and technologies to optimize processes and ways of working
  • Document processes, procedures, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in business informatics, business administration, or a similar field through studies or equivalent training
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting and coordinating large-scale projects or transformation initiatives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international and evolving environment
  • Interest in agile delivery methodologies; ideally, you have worked with frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
  • Ideally, certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, IPMA, PfMP, or PPMC
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for technology and innovation
  • Professional English skills, both written and spoken.
