About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Client Application Coordinator to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of client support/troubleshooting and long-term care application processing - making you an essential partner to our management team and a trusted point of contact for our clients.

- Communicate with clients via phone and email to answer questions, gather documentation, and provide status updates
- Process and track long-term care applications from intake through completion
- Identify and resolve issues or delays in the application process, escalating when appropriate
- Maintain organized, accurate client files and case notes
- Draft and send client correspondence
- Coordinate with third parties such as insurance carriers, care facilities, and government agencies as needed
- Support general administrative functions of the office
- Assist with general organization and direction within the division on Medicaid applications
