SAP FICO Senior Manager

• Lead complex SAP FICO and S/4HANA Finance transformation programmes from strategy through delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors and senior IT stakeholders on finance-process harmonisation, target operating models and cloud roadmaps.
• Take overall responsibility for programme delivery, client satisfaction, commercial performance and key delivery risks.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams of Managers, Consultants and functional experts.
• Shape innovative Finance offerings using SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, Generative AI and intelligent automation.
• Help clients apply AI-enabled insights to forecasting, financial close, controls, planning, reporting and decision-making.
• Build and grow senior client relationships, identify account opportunities and lead proposals and business-development activities.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver integrated Finance, Logistics, Data and Technology transformation solutions.

• Fluent German and English, with a proven ability to influence C-level Finance and IT stakeholders.
• Extensive SAP FICO consulting experience, including leadership of complex S/4HANA Finance programmes or major workstreams.
• Strong expertise across core Finance processes, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, planning and reporting.
• Experience leading teams, managing budgets and delivering profitable, high-quality client engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen, including account development, proposal leadership and senior stakeholder management.
• A forward-looking mindset and genuine enthusiasm for SAP Business AI, SAP Joule and Generative AI in Finance.
