Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / ETL / Data Migration
- 3+ years leading technical development teams or major migration workstreams
- Strong hands-on AWS Data Engineering
- AWS Glue, S3, Lambda, Step Functions and AWS DMS
- Strong Python and SQL
- Hands-on PySpark/Spark
- End-to-end data migration experience
- Source-to-target mapping and transformation
- Data cleansing, validation and reconciliation
- Data quality frameworks and migration controls
- Experience with mock migrations, dress rehearsals and production cutovers
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- CI/CD and Git
- Terraform / CloudFormation / CDK
- Experience leading developers, code reviews and technical design
Preferred: Redshift, RDS/Aurora, Athena, EMR, CDC, Kafka, Terraform and enterprise modernization programs.
