Solutions Service Specialist

• Travel between customer locations throughout the Raleigh/Durham area supporting inventory management programs.
• Receive, unpack, stock, replenish, scan, and organize products in MSC-managed inventory locations
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Perform product put-away and process inventory transactions using mobile applications and company software.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
• Communicate with customers, sales teams, and solution teams to resolve issues and support retention efforts.

What’s Needed?

Customer service, inventory, warehouse, storeroom, route service, retail, or merchandising experience

Maintenance, repair, or mechanical experience is a plus

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, scanners, and technology platforms

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Experience working independently and managing multiple customer locations

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day

? Pay: $22.00/hr + Mileage Reimbursement
