Job description
- Schedule Work Orders in the ERP system and generate required documentation
- Perform incoming and in-process quality inspections of manufactured products
- Initiate nonconformance records and conduct initial investigations
- Generate and compile manufacturing records for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to Good Documentation Practices
- Receive and conduct initial investigations of returned products (RMA / customer feedback)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, What qualifications will you have as a Quality Assurance Technician?
- 5+ years of QA/QC experience in a regulated industry (medical device preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Computer proficiency and willingness to learn Quality and Manufacturing software
- Ability to meet physical demands such as manual inspection tasks, visual acuity requirements, and periodic standing/walking in a manual assembly environment
