Job description
We are seeking a Senior React.js / Full-Stack Developer with strong frontend expertise and hands-on backend development experience in Java and/or Python to design, build, and optimize scalable, high-performance web applications.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional software development experience.
- 4-6 years of strong professional experience developing modern web applications using React.js.
- Strong experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance React.js applications.
- Experience optimizing React applications using useMemo, useCallback, React.memo, and efficient component design.
- Experience building or contributing to reusable component libraries and design systems.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, maintainability, and scalability.
- Experience architecting frontend solutions from the ground up.
- Strong experience with Redux Toolkit, React Context, or similar state-management solutions.
- 4-6 years of hands-on backend development experience with Java and/or Python.
- Experience building or integrating RESTful APIs, backend services, or microservices.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and E2E testing.
- Experience with OAuth, Okta, and OIDC, including secure sign-in, token handling, and authentication integration.
