Job description

We are seeking a Senior React.js / Full-Stack Developer with strong frontend expertise and hands-on backend development experience in Java and/or Python to design, build, and optimize scalable, high-performance web applications.

Requirements

8-10 years of professional software development experience.
4-6 years of strong professional experience developing modern web applications using React.js.
Strong experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance React.js applications.
Experience optimizing React applications using useMemo, useCallback, React.memo, and efficient component design.
Experience building or contributing to reusable component libraries and design systems.
Strong understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, maintainability, and scalability.
Experience architecting frontend solutions from the ground up.
Strong experience with Redux Toolkit, React Context, or similar state-management solutions.
4-6 years of hands-on backend development experience with Java and/or Python.
Experience building or integrating RESTful APIs, backend services, or microservices.
Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and E2E testing.
Experience with OAuth, Okta, and OIDC, including secure sign-in, token handling, and authentication integration.
