This team collaborates with Marketing, Customer Engagement, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs & Access (CMG), and other patient- and customer-facing teams to shape and drive seamless, consistent, meaningful, and compliant experiences across customer interactions., * Defining omnichannel solutions, shaping engagement strategies, designing, operationalizing, and producing seamless, consistent, and meaningful patient and customer experiences.
- Accelerating, connecting, and enabling the development of digital solutions that enhance the patient and customer experience across CMG.
- Advancing the mission of seamless, consistent, and meaningful patient and customer experiences that maximize patient impact while keeping compliance at the forefront., The Principal Experience Designer will drive strategy and delivery within the Customer Experience (CX) Suite. This role is responsible for ensuring that UX/UI and CX design strategies and capabilities accelerate the organization’s progress toward delivering exceptional customer experiences and business impact.
This position will serve as a key individual contributor and subject matter expert in a critical focus area for the organization by applying UX/UI design expertise in the development of digital products and capabilities while mentoring junior designers., * Shape digital-forward Experience Design vision and standards leveraging industry and competitive trends while aligning with product suite strategic business priorities.
- Partner with senior leadership to help drive the Experience Design vision and product standards by aligning with enterprise business stakeholder priorities, technical team capabilities, and process opportunities.
- Develop innovation workstreams to drive experimentation for new product innovation and features.
- Define target users in collaboration with Analytics partners, deeply understand user research, prioritize key features and functionalities, and set clear performance objectives.
- Drive key Experience Design initiatives in partnership with leadership, including strategic planning, operational execution, delivery milestones, and measurable business outcomes.
- Evangelize the role of UX/UI and CX Design in achieving enterprise objectives and communicate roadmap value to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Partner with leadership to drive prioritization, stakeholder management, and roadmap alignment.
- Collaborate with UX/UI Analysts and Informatics teams to align business outcomes with technical feasibility.
- Partner with Business Product Owners and Customer Experience leadership to meet patient, professional, and internal customer needs.
- Partner with Global product managers to drive collaboration and shared learnings.
- Deliver business-relevant products through stakeholder feedback alignment while meeting broader business objectives.
- Define business cases and support budgetary and funding needs.
- Drive business requirements for product usage and system health while leveraging industry standards.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies governing company activities.
- Partner with measurement and optimization Business Product Owners to inform CX and UX advancements and operations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, science, marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience, including 7+ years in experience design, product design, UX design, or related field.
- Ability to own and manage the full product lifecycle, including visioning, roadmap creation, execution, and impact measurement.
- Strong stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience coaching and mentoring talent indirectly.
- Excellent communication and change management abilities.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams.
- Ability to innovate and foster experimentation to improve product capabilities.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguous or evolving environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills., * Advanced degree or equivalent experience (MBA or related graduate-level qualification).
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industries.
- Experience managing complex projects requiring strategic planning and operational execution.
- Advanced knowledge of workflow tools, automation systems, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience building and managing a design system., * How many years of experience do you have in UX/UI, Product Design, or Experience Design?
- Do you have experience owning and managing the full product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap creation, execution, and impact measurement?
- Have you worked in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries?
- Do you have experience mentoring or guiding junior designers?
