Implementation Specialist - UKG Ready

As an Implementation Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in managing client relationships, solving complex problems, and ensuring seamless software transitions. • Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions, working within existing software frameworks.
• Create engaging client training materials and resources to facilitate smooth software adoption and enhance user experience.
• Provide prompt and effective customer support and training ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Do you have a valid Fundamental Payroll Certification certification?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

• Previous experience with UKG Ready or prior HCM implementation experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
• Passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
