SAP PP/PS Expert & FI/CO Process Specialist

SAP PP & SAP PS Functional Expertise

• Lead customizing and functional configuration for:
• SAP PP: Shop Floor Control, Process Order Management
• SAP PS: Investment Projects, Project Cost Planning & Controlling
• Analyse, design, and optimize end-to-end production and project-related processes.
• Support and troubleshoot issues in daily operations and ensure process stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure integrated processes across modules.

Finance & Controlling Process Support

• Act as Business Process Specialist for Finance & Controlling, serving as a key interface between:
• Business users
• SAP consulting teams
• Internal stakeholders
• Collect and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for PP/PS and FI/CO topics.
• Provide first-level and month-end closing support to finance and controlling users.
• Ensure proper documentation of processes, system changes, and training materials.

Compliance & Accounting Expertise

• Apply solid knowledge of IFRS and ensure financial process accuracy and compliance.
• Validate SAP functionalities and reports against accounting requirements and internal control standards.
• Support audits by providing system insights and documentation.

• University degree in Business Administration/ Informatics and several years of experience, or extensive equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent German and English communication skills. French is an asset.

• Gross annual salary starting at EUR 84,000 (higher depending on qualifications and experience) for a 38-hour workweek, in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for the chemical industry.
