IT Sales Applications Project Manager

You’ll coordinate all phases of solution delivery, including design, testing, deployment, and hypercare, ensuring that solutions meet defined business requirements and quality standards. By overseeing go-live activities and working closely with business teams, support functions, and external partners, you’ll ensure smooth implementation and successful adoption. Throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll monitor progress, proactively address delivery risks, and facilitate a seamless transition into operational support., Building strong relationships across business and IT functions will be key to your success. You’ll act as a trusted partner for stakeholders, consultants, and delivery teams, ensuring alignment and transparent communication throughout project execution. By providing clear updates, managing expectations, resolving issues, and supporting change management activities, you’ll drive engagement and help ensure successful project outcomes.

• University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is considered an advantage
• Fluent English skills, German is a plus
• At least five years of experience in delivering IT projects, business application initiatives, or related technology projects
• Proven track record of managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment
• Experience in business requirements engineering, stakeholder collaboration, and managing external implementation partners, ideally combined with hands-on expertise in SAP and CRM solutions
• Exposure to Snowflake, reporting, and data and analytics platforms is a plus
• Ideally, experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Travel: 0-10 %
