Senior Data & Process Developer (PLM)

We are in the search for an experienced Product Lifecycle Management Consultant or Key user, with depth knowledge of PLM process and data structures and corresponding applications. As part of the Global Data Team, based in our Headquarter in Salzburg, you’ll be responsible to develop new processes, data flows and features, and will translate business and process requirements to E2E target pictures and functional concepts as a basis for technical implementation. In this very visible strategic role, you’ll manage and track projects independently, ensure a holistic end-to-end view, highlight cross functional dependencies, and align business needs and target state with multiple stakeholders. By driving digital transformation, you’ll act as a key player in optimising our “idea to BOM” process and data structure. RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with: Expand all CONCEPT & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT As a member of our team you’ll collect, derive and challenge business requirements and align them with cross-functional stakeholders. By providing an objective and holistic perspective you’ll avoid isolated solutions and secure end-to-end integration of all anticipated changes. By applying your conceptual strength and product lifecycle know-how you’ll shape and increase our process and system maturity levels. Translating paint points into requirements including a structured and detailed documentation as well as handing over functional and non functional demands to IT, are also part of your responsibility. PROJECT MANAGEMENT In this role you’ll manage and drive projects or programs independently. You’ll define and schedule work packages and set up realistic timelines in alignment with our IT team, considering resources and overall constraints. You’ll track and document progress and milestones in our project management tool and monitor risks and dependencies as well as possible business consulting efforts. In alignment with our portfolio management team, you’ll ensure reporting and escalation to our senior management. WORKSHOPS & MEETINGS You’ll prepare and host project meetings and workshops to work efficiently on E2E requirements and subsequently the development of new system solution designs. You’ll also contribute to steering meetings with our senior management to get direction on open decisions, questions and solution proposals. STAKEHOLDER & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT Keeping all required stakeholders in the loop and informed about insights and status of your assigned projects will be part of your responsibility as well as to have an overview of required and available resources and highlighting potential bottlenecks. PROTOTYPING & TEST MANAGEMENT You’ll be responsible for driving the prototyping, validation, and testing of newly implemented solutions to ensure seamless functional integration and high-quality outcomes across all technical developments. You’ll document, monitor, and track testing progress, capturing insights that support continuous refinement and optimisation. Following successful validation, you’ll lead the transition of the new process to the Data Quality team, including the preparation of training materials, process documentation, and the facilitation of training sessions to ensure effective adoption.

• 7+ years of professional experience in a PLM role or as Key user or consultant in corresponding applications. (ARAS/SAP beneficial)
• Depth knowledge of product lifecycle management solutions and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of PLM
• Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating paint points into business requirements and system integration concepts
• Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs in the field of digital transformation
• Conceptual strength, holistic view, abstract and out of the box thinking
• Ability to break down, simplify and visualise complexity
• System affinity
• Strong analytical skills, solution- and process oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative and collaborative, team player, able to work under pressure and self-dependently
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• End to End Operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred

• Advanced level of AI Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools
