Job description

  • Beheren, registreren en archiveren van technische documentatie
  • Controleren van documenten op volledigheid, kwaliteit en structuur
  • Bewaken van versies en revisies binnen lopende projecten
  • Ondersteunen van projectteams bij documentprocessen en het inrichten daarvan
  • Verzorgen van correcte distributie van documenten naar interne en externe stakeholders
  • Werken met documentmanagementsystemen en gestructureerde informatiesystemen
  • Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in documentstromen en processen

Requirements

  • MBO+ of HBO werk en denkniveau
  • Ervaring met documentbeheer of administratieve ondersteuning in technische projecten is een sterke pré
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en houdt van overzicht
  • Affiniteit met techniek en technische documentatie
  • Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
