Senior Application Support Specialist (Unit4/Agresso)

As the Unit4 subject matter expert, you will be responsible for the support, administration, configuration and continuous improvement of the organisation’s ERP environment.

You’ll work closely with Finance, Technology teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the platform remains stable, secure and aligned to business requirements., * Providing 2nd and 3rd line support for Unit4 ERP (Agresso)

• Managing administration, monitoring and application configuration
• Maintaining security roles, permissions and access controls
• Supporting patches, upgrades and new functionality releases
• Investigating and resolving application, configuration and data-related issues
• Supporting testing, change management and service transition activities
• Working with stakeholders to identify and deliver system improvements
• Producing and maintaining application documentation and support materials

We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on experience supporting and administering Unit4 ERP (Agresso)., * Unit4 ERP / Agresso administration and support

• User access management, permissions and security roles
• ERP or finance systems support
• SQL queries, reporting and data investigation
• System configuration, testing and release management
• Stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
• Working within complex enterprise environments

Experience within the public sector, higher education, housing or other complex organisations would be advantageous.
