Desktop Support Analyst

• Receive, manage, and respond to incidents and service requests escalated from remote IT teams, including Service Desk, Desktop Support, Infrastructure, and Network teams
• Support Service Desk tickets where possible
• Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other Microsoft applications
• Support Apple devices, including MacBooks and iPads, and assist with configurations and software installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and application issues, including installations, updates, and configuration changes
• Support and maintain meeting room technology, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing equipment, projectors, displays, and audio systems
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Network teams on hardware installations, upgrades, maintenance activities, and infrastructure-related issues
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, including allocation, audits, and configuration records
• Provide IT support for conferences and events, including setup, configuration, and technical assistance during events
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues that cannot be resolved remotely
• Support the onboarding of new employees with IT equipment, system access, guidance, and training
• Provide VIP support to senior members of the organisation

• Experience in deskside support or a similar customer-facing IT support role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, and related applications
• Experience building and supporting IT hardware
• Networking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills at all levels
