Job description

Fantastic opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business in a varied coordination role, supporting production planning, SAP administration, inventory control, reporting and continuous improvement.

You’ll become an important link between Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality and Finance, helping ensure manufacturing information is accurate and operations run efficiently.

Daily responsibilities might range from:

  • Supporting weekly production plans and daily production schedules
  • Monitoring production progress and escalating delays or potential risks
  • Monitoring raw material, packaging and consumable availability
  • Supporting inventory reconciliation and investigating discrepancies
  • Acting as a key user for SAP manufacturing systems
  • Creating and maintaining Bills of Materials, routings and production versions
  • Managing work orders and investigating production variances
  • Maintaining accurate manufacturing master data
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly production, inventory and KPI reports
  • Collecting and analysing OEE and downtime data
  • Supporting waste reduction, labour efficiency and inventory optimisation projects
  • Preparing SOPs, work instructions and process documentation
  • Coordinating with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality and Finance teams
  • And more!

Requirements

Are you… highly organised, analytical and experienced within a manufacturing, production planning or supply chain environment?

Do you have strong Excel skills, an eye for detail and an interest in production planning, ERP systems and operational improvement?, For success with this application, you’ll need strong Excel skills, excellent organisational and communication skills and ideally some manufacturing, production planning or supply chain experience. Experience with SAP, MRP, ERP or other manufacturing systems would be highly advantageous., * Coordination & Organization
