Job description

Join the Financial Services Business Unit within Capgemini’s Cloud & Custom Applications (C&CA) practice as a Senior Java Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will help shape scalable, business-critical solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for clients while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. As a trusted, AI-aware professional, you will work collaboratively across teams to solve complex challenges, influence technical direction, and support the development of future-ready solutions.   • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate requirements into effective technical outcomes.
  • Contribute to solution design and technical decision-making, ensuring maintainability and long-term value.
  • Champion engineering excellence through quality-focused development, testing, and review practices.
  • Support successful delivery within Agile teams, promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical challenges while balancing business priorities and risk.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering knowledge sharing and capability growth.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders to build trusted relationships and drive positive outcomes.
  • Embrace emerging industry practices, including AI-enabled ways of working, to enhance delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in full stack application development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, AEM Hybrid, GraphQL, SSR, NgRx, Jest, and SCSS.
  • Proficient in Spring Boot, Java, REST API development, Liquibase, OpenTelemetry, and Honeycomb.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS services including S3, Lambda, ECS, SQS, SNS, CloudFront, IAM, Secrets Manager, and CloudFormation.
  • Experience with Akamai, NGINX, Kong, Okta, and Auth0 for networking, API management, and identity solutions.
  • Skilled in GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
  • Integrated and supported Kaltura, CVENT, OneTrust, Wistia, Siteimprove, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Medallia.
  • Expertise in Cypress-based test automation and end-to-end testing.
