Configuration Manager - Microsoft Endpoint (MECM) SME

Provide SME-level endpoint configuration, software deployment, patching, compliance baseline, and endpoint security support using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and related Microsoft endpoint tools., · Administer MECM/SCCM collections, deployments, patch baselines, inventory, reporting, and endpoint compliance configurations.

· Support incident containment through endpoint isolation policies, emergency patching, and configuration changes.

· Coordinate with vulnerability management and SOC teams to remediate endpoint risks.

· Document endpoint baselines and changes for ATO and configuration management evidence.

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, · Hands-on MECM/SCCM administration experience in enterprise environments.

· Experience with endpoint patch management, software deployment, compliance reporting, and configuration baselines.

· Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

· Federal suitability eligibility and ability to support secure endpoint operations.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Group Policy, Windows Server, PowerShell, and ServiceNow/Jira., · Hands-on MECM/SCCM administration experience in enterprise environments.

· Experience with endpoint patch management, software deployment, compliance reporting, and configuration baselines.

· Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

· Federal suitability eligibility and ability to support secure endpoint operations.
