Senior Visual FoxPro Developer

As a Senior Visual FoxPro Developer, your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Visual FoxPro applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Perform comprehensive application testing and debugging.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot existing applications.
• Identify and resolve application issues efficiently.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Own the software development lifecycle from design through maintenance.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a distributed team.

Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Senior Visual FoxPro Developer who enjoys your work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Senior Visual FoxPro Developer would be someone with deep experience in many of the following:

• Extensive, proven experience with Visual FoxPro programming.
• Strong database development experience.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server.
• Ability to write efficient and maintainable code.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a distributed team environment.
• Experience with Git/version control systems is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be available during EST hours.
