Visual Foxpro Developer

• Work on-site in our Long Beach office (we cannot sponsor H-1B Visas)
• Maintain current legacy system Fox26 DOS while developing replacement VFP9 applications
• Design and develop new software solutions in VFP9 to improve the functionality of each legacy application
• Work with SQL Server 2008-2012 stored procedures
• Debug existing software to correct errors, to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
• Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards
• Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components

• Experience with Fox26 DOS programming and conversion to VFP 9
• 5+ years of Application Programming and Development experience with FoxPro
• Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and work independently
• Solid understanding of SQL 2012 and above database programming and performance
• Strong English communication skills
• Visual Studio 2019 and newer or Python experience are a plus

Pay: $82,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
