Job description
This employee provides application development/integration services and advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platforms. As a Programmer Analyst, they will both perform and leading the team with project tasks, including gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation, and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.
Requirements
· 5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
· 5+ years of Technical Customer Service Analytical expertise
· 5+ years of experience with Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages
· 5+ years of Microsoft Azure platform experience, including Azure DevOps
· 5+ years of Infrastructure/Network and Application Support experience
· 3+ years of Architect-level experience, including with data architecture
· Experience designing and documenting technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
· Strong CI/CD and Release Management experience, including defining, communicating, and managing technical change management (release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
· Ability to identify risks and issues from a technical perspective
· Strong experience with Azure Communications and APIs
· Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation
· Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations, and prepare clear and concise documentation
· Experience performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers
· Ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seek optimum solutions
· Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience
· Effective ability to create highly complex assignments in a high stress work environment
· Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure
· A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform Developer, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Azure Administrator (AZ-104), and ITIL Foundation
