Programmer Analyst - Dynamics 365 Architect

The Programmer Analyst 6 (Dynamics 365 Systems Architect) will serve as both a Dynamics Architect and developer, providing expert support and development for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure environments. The role involves hybrid work with onsite presence required twice weekly and focuses on application support, infrastructure, and technical customer service within a government setting. • Architect and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Portal, and Power Pages.
• Provide application support and troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 and Azure infrastructure.
• Deliver technical customer service and collaborate with stakeholders to meet system requirements.
• Maintain and support network and infrastructure components related to Dynamics 365 deployments.
• Participate in MS Teams video interviews and potentially in-person meetings as required.

• 5+ years of extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and application support.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Portal, and Power Pages.
• 5+ years experience in infrastructure, network, and application support.
• 5+ years experience as a technical customer service analyst.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree minimum.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience working within government or public sector IT environments.
• Additional Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Azure.
• Experience with hybrid work environments and collaboration tools like MS Teams.

Special Considerations:

• Candidate must be located within 100 miles of Lansing, MI at time of submission.
• Hybrid position requiring onsite work two days per week (Monday and Tuesday) starting from day one.
• No remote-only work option available.
• Candidate must be available for MS Teams interviews with camera on and possible in-person interviews.
